One---- Metallica

here's a song that seems to be....... a little odd...... Don't know how to put it right now. But you'll find out. I will make all the following video and photo additions in another page. You will get the song and the description from now on.

One:

I can't remember anything,
Can't tell if this is true or dream,
Deep down I feel to scream,
This is terrible silence stops me,
Now that the war is through with me,
I am waking up I can not see,
That there's not much left of me,
Nothing is real but pain now.

Hold my breath as I wish for death,
Oh please god, help me.

Back in the womb it's much too real,
In pumps life that I must feel,
But can't look forward to reveal,
Look to the time when I'll live,
Fed through the tube that sticks in me,
Just like a wartime novelty,
Tied to machines that made me be,
Cut this life off from me.

Hold my breath as I wish for death,
Oh please god help me.

Now the world is gone I'm just one,
Oh god, help me hold my breath as I wish for death,
Oh please god help me.

Darkness.

Imprisoning me,
all I see,
Absolute horror,
I cannot live,
I cannot die,
Trapped in myself,
Body my holding cell.

Landmine

Has taken my sight,
Taken my speech,
Taken my hearing,
Taken my arms,
Taken my legs,
Taken my soul,
Left me with life in hell.

what I think on the song:

Honestly, what can I say about the song? Basically, the truth is said in a simple song with insanely awesome guitar riffs. Everything is basically what we have to deal with in life because it's like we are born, we live, then we die like the last 2 main verses. I mean, who wouldn't think that it's the truth. We're not immortal, and if we were, we will still see death all around us no matter what it would be. The first of the last two major verses:

Imprisoning me,
all I see,
Absolute horror,
I cannot live,
I cannot die,
Trapped in myself,
Body my holding cell.

It's basically saying: "we all die regardless of what it may be because we're not all hardened and needed to be broken down". which is the truth in the honest sense of the scenario. No matter what we think, we all are mortal in some way, shape, or form. That's basically all I have to say about it.

Thanks for reading. Until next time all you avid readers. :D

Until next time,
